About Knitkind
Knitkind is an independent, free collection of small knitting planning tools, available in English and Chinese.
Knitkind turns a few real measurements into plans you can check while making. It brings together gauge conversion, a single row of evenly spaced shaping, horizontal pattern multiples and a swatch-based yarn estimate.
The tools are free and work in your browser. English and Chinese pages have the same calculation model. There are no accounts, uploads, subscriptions, advertisements or analytics scripts.
These are transparent planning aids for simple cases. They cannot replace swatching, pattern instructions or a fitting check. Knitkind has no affiliation with a yarn manufacturer or pattern publisher.
